Welcome to our web site!
Our school is called Sakatcheway Anishinabe School and we are on the Community of Grassy
Narrows. We are located north of the of Kenora, Ontario., It is near the Lake of the Woods area.

Our school has now been under band control since 1987. We have Junior Kindergarten right up to Grade 12 in our
school. This present school was built in 1995. Before then we had our classrooms in portables since our own school
burnt down two years prior to that.
